My story
Several years ago, I joined a US cosmetology school, hoping it would lead to success.
Like most of us, younger-me thought GO TO SCHOOL = BECOME SUCCESSFUL
Unfortunately, I faced frustration, stress, and racism BUT learning just LITTEL about nail skills.
MY SCHOOL TEACH ME NOTHING - that how I feel…
Despite many friends dropping out or struggling to get licensed and find jobs, I persevered.
I try to learn everything by myself.
And, I made it to the Salon…
But then, even after getting a job, dealing with rude customers and coworkers was tough. I got burn out.
❤️ I want to be with people who positive. Who support and help me grow.
❤️ I want to be kind, consistency bring value to customer, not just focus on taking their money.
❤️I want to be THE GIRLY GIRL who help everyone happy and thirving.
I realized that a support system, including therapy and coaching, was so important for mental health and thriving.
This inspired me to return to coaching school with a mission to help others succeed in the beauty industry.
